How it works: NASpI and Unemployment
NASpI is the monthly unemployment benefit for employees who have lost their job involuntarily. The patronato submits the application to INPS within the statutory deadlines (68 days from the end of the employment relationship) and checks the contribution requirements.
We also assist with the follow-up communications: changes in income, new employment, resignation, suspensions and recoveries. The service is subject to a fee: the cost is communicated in advance.

How long do I have to submit the NASpI application?
The NASpI application must be submitted to INPS within 68 days of the end of the employment relationship. Submitting it late means losing the months not claimed.
Who is entitled to NASpI?
Employees who have lost their job involuntarily and have at least 13 weeks of contributions in the last 4 years, plus 30 days of actual work in the last 12 months.
How much does it cost to submit the NASpI application through the patronato?
Submitting the NASpI application is a service subject to a fee: the quote is always communicated to you before starting the paperwork.
